Stay to play
The IDT is a “Stay to Play” tournament. Each team is required to book a minimum of eight rooms per night. Organizations with more than one team participating will be expected to book a minimum of eight rooms per night per team. Teams may secure their own accommodations by exercising the “Hotel Buyout” option of $1000 per team. The “Hotel Buyout Document” and payment must be received by May 14, 2024.
